Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed.
During periods of high order volume, processing may take slightly longer. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been shipped.

Estimated delivery times:

- 🇪🇺 European Union: 5–12 business days
- 🇬🇧 United Kingdom: 5–12 business days
- 🌎 Other countries: 7–15 business days

Shipping Cost
Free shipping is currently available on all Jesulume orders unless otherwise stated at checkout.
Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email containing your tracking information.
Please allow 24–72 hours for tracking information to become active after receiving your shipping confirmation.
Customs & Import Duties
For international orders, customs duties, taxes, or other import fees may apply depending on your country.
Any applicable customs fees or import charges are the responsibility of the customer.
Incorrect Address
Please make sure your shipping address is correct before completing your order.
If you notice an incorrect address, contact us as soon as possible at jesulume@gmail.com. We will do our best to update the address before the order is shipped.
Once an order has been shipped, we may not be able to change the delivery address.
